ExoVair H is a multi-active formula designed to work at the scalp and follicular level, helping to rejuvenate the scalp and create conditions that support healthy hair regrowth. It combines exfoliating, nourishing, antioxidant and regenerative ingredients to target several of the factors associated with weakened follicles, hair thinning and progressive hair loss.

Hair loss is rarely driven by a single factor. Instead, multiple external and internal influences can interact to disrupt the normal hair-growth cycle and progressively compromise the follicular environment. External stressors, including UV exposure, pollution, environmental toxins, chemical treatments and excessive styling, can increase oxidative stress and contribute to damage within the scalp and hair follicle. Internal factors, including genetics, hormonal fluctuations, ageing and nutritional deficiencies, may also interfere with normal follicular activity and the hair-growth cycle. Psychological and physiological stress can affect the follicle directly. Over time, chronic oxidative stress and inflammation may also contribute to perifollicular fibrosis, creating a progressively less favourable environment for normal follicular function.

Rather than approaching hair thinning as a single-process concern, ExoVair H is designed around the understanding that follicular health depends on the condition of the entire scalp microenvironment. At the centre of the formulation are CICA-EXO and GINSENG-EXO, plant-derived exosome ingredients obtained from Centella asiatica and Korean Panax ginseng. These nano-sized extracellular vesicles provide bioactive signalling components intended to support cellular repair, soothe the scalp and promote a more favourable regenerative environment.

PDRN which is derived from purified salmon DNA fragments, is associated with regenerative signalling and nucleotide-salvage pathways involved in cellular repair. Peptides complement these regenerative ingredients by supporting cellular communication, while their constituent amino acids contribute to the substrate pool required for the synthesis of structural proteins. Natural enzymes provide gentle exfoliating activity, helping to remove accumulated impurities and dead skin cells from the scalp surface. This supports normal cell turnover and helps maintain cleaner follicular openings, creating a more favourable scalp environment and improving contact between the skin and the formulation’s active ingredients. Additional botanical components provide antioxidant and scalp-conditioning support, helping to counter oxidative stress associated with environmental exposure, chemical treatments and dryness while protecting the scalp and hair from external aggressors.
