By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
SECTION 1 – USING OUR WEBSITE
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website. We supply products to professionals in the Aesthetic and Beauty industries throughout the UK and Ireland on the understanding that all customers are qualified and insured to use these products safely. The products we sell are intended for use by trained professionals only. By purchasing through us, you confirm that:
- You are suitably trained, qualified and competent to use the product safely
- You will comply with all applicable laws, guidance and manufacturer instructions
- You accept full responsibility for correct and lawful use
The use of needles, syringes or similar equipment carries inherent risk. If you do not have appropriate training, you should consult a suitably qualified professional. We do not provide medical advice. Any information provided is general and must be independently verified where appropriate.
You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You must not knowingly transmit viruses, malicious code or other material that may damage or interfere with our website, systems or services.
We may restrict or suspend access to our website where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate. Product colours, packaging or appearance may vary slightly from images shown on screen.
Products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, warnings or information supplied by the manufacturer.
You are responsible for checking ingredients, instructions, warnings and suitability before using a product.
Information provided on our website is for general information purposes and should not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Where appropriate, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified healthcare professional before using a product.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in your order. After receiving your order, we may send you an order acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. An order placed through our Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the products ordered and does not constitute acceptance by us. A contract is formed only when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the products, whichever occurs first. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse any order before it has been accepted by us, including without providing a reason. We may in particular refuse or cancel an order where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we suspect fraud or misuse;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- product eligibility or professional-use requirements have not been satisfied;
- we reasonably believe the product may be used contrary to its intended purpose or safety requirements;
- the order appears to be intended for unauthorised resale;
- delivery to the requested location is not available; or
- fulfilling the order would breach applicable law or regulatory requirements.
We may reasonably limit quantities purchased where necessary to manage stock, prevent fraud or prevent unauthorised resale. If payment has already been taken for an order that we refuse before acceptance, the amount paid will be refunded. Once an order has been accepted and a contract has been formed, if we cancel the contract, the amount paid for the cancelled product or order will be refunded.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are those shown on our website at the time you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors before we accept the order.
Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We may change product prices at any time. Any change will apply to future orders and will not affect an order we have already accepted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting your order and offer you the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling your order.
SECTION 5 – AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
We may change or discontinue products from time to time.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will inform you and refund any amount you have already paid for that product.
SECTION 6 – CUSTOMER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
You agree to provide necessary information when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information and delivery address to ensure successful delivery.
You are responsible for checking that your delivery details are correct and accurate before submitting your order.
SECTION 7 – CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Creating a customer account is optional unless we clearly state otherwise.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for providing accurate account information.
Please contact us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
SECTION 8 – DELIVERY
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown on our website or during checkout.
Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date with you.
Risk of loss or damage to the products normally passes to you when you, or a person identified by you to receive the goods, takes physical possession of them.
SECTION 9 – FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
All goods should be inspected promptly upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete or with an immediately apparent fault, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery wherever reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number together with photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label and any visible damage or error so that we can investigate the matter promptly.
Notification within 48 hours is particularly important for damage occurring during transit or incorrect items, as delayed notification may affect our ability to investigate the issue with the courier or fulfilment provider.
SECTION 10 – OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS
Opened or used products cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund.
In particular, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.
This may include certain skincare, cosmetic, sterile microneedling and mesotherapy products, any injectables, needle, syringe or other hygiene-sensitive products.
Products must therefore be checked carefully before opening, unsealing or using them.
This restriction does not apply where the product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.
SECTION 11 – RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Occasionally our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to matters such as product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery charges, delivery times or availability. We may correct errors or update information where reasonably necessary. If we identify a material error affecting an order before we have accepted it, we may contact you to explain the error and give you the option of proceeding on the corrected basis or cancelling the order.
SECTION 13 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. If you choose to purchase goods or services directly from a third party, that transaction will normally be governed by the third party’s own terms and policies.
SECTION 14 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information and about your rights in relation to that information.
SECTION 15 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROHIBITED USE
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding and website materials, is owned by or licensed to us. You may use our website for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not, without permission or other lawful authority:
- reproduce or commercially exploit our website content;
- infringe our intellectual property rights or those of another person;
- use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- submit false or misleading information;
- upload or transmit malicious software;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems;
- collect personal information about other users unlawfully; or
- interfere with the security or proper operation of the website.
We may restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary in response to misuse.
SECTION 16 – WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website available and the information on it reasonably accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or that it will always be free from technical errors. We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
SECTION 17 – OUR LIABILITY
We are not responsible for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach or for matters for which we are not legally responsible. As this website is intended for consumer purchases, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunities arising from use of products purchased principally for business purposes. We have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the website during any downtime or discontinuance. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 18 – EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, transport disruption, postal or courier disruption, failure of communications networks, governmental action or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.
Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will contact you where appropriate.
SECTION 19 – TRANSFER OF OUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example in connection with a sale or restructuring of our business.
SECTION 20 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
SECTION 22 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page together with its most recent revision date. Changes will apply to future use of our website and future orders. The Terms that applied when we accepted your order will normally continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law.
SECTION 23 – CONTACT INFORMATION
Questions about these Terms and Conditions can be sent to us using our contact form.
